How should a t-shirt bra fit?

A t-shirt bra should fit comfortably without being too snug. It’s also important to make sure that your breasts are supported correctly, so that there’s no spillage. Make sure you can fit at least two fingers between your skin and the band, and two fingers between your skin and the strap. If you have a fuller bust, then you may want a full cup style. Are t-shirt bras padded?

They can be. Typically, t-shirt bras feature enough padding with their molded cups to smooth and support your breasts without see-through.
